Delivery Options
With a range of flexible delivery options for our overseas customers, we make it easy for you to receive your order when and where you need it.
- UAE Stocked Items: Within 2-3 working days.
- UK Stocked Items: Within 7-10 days subject to availability in the UK at the time of receiving an order confirmation.
- Calibrated Items: Within 2-3 weeks, subject to availability in the UK at the time of receiving an order confirmation.
- Lead Acid Batteries and Items equipped with Lead Acid Batteries: Within 2-3 weeks, subject to availability in the UK at the time of receiving an order confirmation.
- Special Items such as Hazardous Items, Lithium Items and Items equipped with Lithium may result in longer delivery times as requiring special handling. For an estimated delivery time, please email us at ime@eim.ae
Deliver charges may apply per order, irrespective of the number of products ordered.
- Orders with total value less than £100 are subject to additional shipping and handling charges as published on IME website, or quoted at the time of order (currently £6 per order but subject to change from time to time).
- Orders with total value more than £100 will be delivered free of charge.
