chipKIT Pro MX7 PIC32MX Development Kit

The chipKIT Pro MX7 board is a useful tool for embedded control and network communications projects for both students and hobbyists. Its versatile design and PIC32MX family microcontroller lets you connect numerous peripheral devices and program the board for multiple uses. The Pro MX7 provides six 12-pin Pmod™ expansion connectors for attaching Digilent Pmod peripheral modules which are available separately.

• 80MHz PIC32MX795F512L 32-bit MIPS MCU with 512KB Flash memory, 128KB RAM
• USB-UART Bridge via micro-AB connector
• USB 2.0 Host via USB-A connector
• USB 2.0 FS Device/OTG via micro-AB connector
• 10/100 Ethernet via RJ-45 socket
• SPI port
• 2 x UART ports, one with RTS/CTS signals
• 2 x CAN ports
• 2 x I²C ports via daisy-chain connectors
• 3 x User pushbuttons
• 4 x User LEDs
• 6 x 12-pin Pmod™ expansion connectors
• Power supply: USB Debug port, USB-UART port, USB Device port, barrel jack or screw connector
• ESD protection and short-circuit protection for all I/O pins
• On-board support for programming/debugging via Microchip MPLAB IDE and MPIDE
