Infineon's product series of DC-DC switching regulator ICs offer high efficiency plus a wide input voltage range and switching frequencies up to 2.2MHz.The buck (step-down) DC-DC converters are capable of driving loads up to 1.8A with good line and load regulation. The switching converters can be used where over-temperature shutdown and current limitation applications are required.
