FTDI click mikroBUS™

FTDI click is a mikroBUS add-on board for USB 2.0 to UART or I²C bus or SPI bus two serial interface converters. The featured integrated circuit is FT2232H, a dual high-speed USB 2.0 to UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver and Transmitter) or FIFO mode. Included on-board are the Microchip MCP4921, 12-Bit voltage output Digital-to-Analogue Converter with SPI Interface and the ON Semiconductor CAT93C46, 1 kB Microwire Serial EEPROM Memory. A Diodes Inc. AP7331, a Low Dropout Linear Regulator generates the 3.3 V power supply available also on the mikroBUS socket.

Ideal for USB applications
UART or I²C or SPI serial bus interface on mikroBUS socket
5 V power supply via the USB mini B connector or directly from the mikroBUS socket
LED for power indication
LED for digital data Transmit/Receive
