The CC2520 2.4GHz RF transceiver is designed specifically for low-power, low-voltage RF applications in the unlicensed ISM band. Compliant with the IEEE 802.15.4 standard and qualified for use in 2.4GHz ZigBee products.

RF Output Power: up to +5dBm
Receiver Sensitivity: -98dBm
Channel coexistence enhanced using DSSS
