Eaton easySafety ES4P Controller
The easySafety ES4P safety control relay monitors and evaluates safety-related information from safety devices such as position switches, light curtains, two-hand controls and emergency-stop buttons. The simple operation and variable configuration of the safety and control functions guarantee quick error diagnostics with the installation and machine components. Safety applications can be implemented that comply with international safety standards, such as category 4 in accordance with EN 954-1, PL e in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1, SILCL 3 in accordance with EN IEC 62061 and SIL 3 in accordance with EN IEC 61508.
There are two version available, a rugged version with relay outputs for safety and standard tasks (stock nos. 814-0389 & 814-0383) and a versatile version with transistor outputs and also one redundant relay output for flexible safety and standard tasks (stock nos. 814-0377 & 814-0386). Configuration is undertaken either directly on the device or on the PC using the easySoft-Safety software. It is possible to select between stand alone or integrated solutions in the easyNet network.
