Product details

Proximity click mikroBUS™

The Click accessory modules plug into the mikroBUS™ sockets in MikroElektronika microcontroller development boards. The Proximity click™ allows a proximity measurement of up to 200 mm with its infrared emitter and PIN photodiode. The proximity click can also be used as an ambient light sensor. The board features the VCNL4010 proximity and ambient light sensor and has a 16bit resolution. The Proximity click™ accessory communicates with the target board microcontroller via mikroBUS™ I2C (SDA, SCL) and INT lines. Applications include mobile phones, tablets, digital cameras and can many more consumer/industrial applications.

Power supply: 3.3 V power supply (3.3 V or 5 V I/O voltage levels)
Integrated IR emitter/ambient light sensor/proximity sensor and signal conditioning IC
Interrupt function
Supported in MikroElektronika compilers
mikroBUS™ is a specially designed pinout standard with SPI, I2C, Analogue, UART, Interrupt, PWM, Reset and power supply pins

Click mikroBUS™ Sensor Boards

MikroElektronika has designed a range of boards to add new functions and enhance the development of your applications using the mikroBUS™ pinout standard socket. All in one click!
Click™ boards can add a range of sensing, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, extra memory, UART communications, audio and much more functionality to your designs. Some boards also act as extensions for development platforms such as the Beaglebone, Arduino Uno and Raspberry Pi.
