ATmega32U4 8-Bit megaAVR Microcontrollers
The Atmel ATmega32U4 Microcontroller is an 8-bit megaAVR device based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle the ATmega32U4 achieves throughputs approaching 1 MIPS per MHz, balancing power consumption and speed.
The ATmega32U4 features a USB 2.0 Device Module making it an ideal candidate for applications requiring USB connectivity. Also integrated is a JTAG interface for on-chip debug.
