3M™ Scotch Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP490 is a Black toughened 2 part high performance epoxy adhesive. With a mix ration of 2:1 the DP490 provides a high quality bonding performance and has an excellent shear and peel strength. A thixotropic, gap filling epoxy adhesive with particularly good application characteristics to vertical surfaces. It’s capable of composite assemblies within the construction industry. The adhesive has excellent heat and environment resistance.

Features and Benefits

3M™ DP490 has a thixotropic formulation, and its non-sag properties enable easy application to vertical surfaces.
Scotch-Weld™ DP490 Adhesive has outstanding environmental resistance, outstanding stability under static and dynamic loads, and outstanding resistance to impact and heat (120°C).

High peel and shear strength for strong bonds in critical applications
