Product details

Evaluation Board for ADP5024 Dual 3MHz 1.2A Step-Down Regulators with a 300mA LDO Regulator

The ADP5024CP-EVALZ Evaluation Board enables testing of the ADP5024, Dual 3MHz 1200mA step-down Regulators with one 300mA Low Dropout (LDO) Regulator. The ADP5024 is a three-channel device Micro Power Management Unit (PMU) in a small, 24-lead 4x4mm LFCSP package to meet demanding performance and board space requirements.
When the MODE pin is set high, the buck regulators operate in forced PWM mode. When the MODE pin is set low, the buck regulators operate in PWM mode when the load current is above a predefined threshold. When the load current falls below a pre-defined threshold, the regulator operates in power save mode (PSM), improving the light load efficiency.
The evaluation board is available in an adjustable voltage option.

Full-featured evaluation board for the ADP5024ACPZ-R7
Standalone capability
Simple device measurements, including line and load regulation, demonstrable with
A single voltage supply
A Volt Meter
An Ampere Meter
Load resistors
Easy access to external components
Cascading options to supply the low dropout (LDO) from either buck regulator
Dedicated enable option for each channel
Mode option to change step-down from PFM to PWM operation
3MHz step-down operation with forced PWM and automatic PWM/PSM modes

Switching Voltage Regulators, Analog Devices

A wide range of switching regulators from Analog Devices offers operation in step-up (boost), step-down (buck), and inverting voltage modes. The regulators generate fixed or adjustable output voltage.
