QT50U Series Long Range Ultrasonic Sensor

The QT50U series has been designed as a long range, programmable, ultrasonic sensor. It is suitable for use on both AC and DC circuits and is equipped with an electromechanical relay output. It comes enclosed in a shock-resistant housing, is completely sealed and is ideal for monitoring levels of liquids as well as solids.

Features universal supply voltage: 85 to 264 Vac (50/60 Hz) or 48 to 250 Vdc
Offers SPDT electromechanical relay output for setting independent near and far window limits, for applications requiring high and low-limit sensing
Available with pump-in and pump-out fill-level control on some models
Senses extended range of up to 8 m
Features ultrasonic dead-zone of only 2.5% of the total range—75% less than comparable product
Available in chemically resistant models with a Teflon coating to protect the transducer
Compensates for temperature, for greatest sensing accuracy
Simplifies setup with push-button and remote TEACH-mode programming
Shows status during setup and operation, using highly visible LEDs indicators
