Bridgetek, 32 bit FT32, FT908 Microcontroller, 100 MHz, 256kB FLASH, 80-Pin LQFP

The Bridgetek 32 bit RISC Microcontrollers for embedded applications provide high integration and low power consumption. They are available in an 80 Pin LQFP package with a 0.4 mm pitch and dimensions of 10 mm x 10 mm x 1.40 mm. These microcontrollers do not support either CAN Bus or Ethernet features.
