The Delkin Devices embedded USB module provides a rugged, reliable, cost effective design alternative to a hard disk drive (HDD), especially for applications with limited space. With no moving parts, embedded USB’s provide faster start-up, lower latency, consistent read performance, and higher reliability by eliminating the risk of mechanical failures. Embedded USB modules are much smaller than most HDDs, cost less to implement, and use the USB interface to simplify integration.
