6060 Series UVC LEDs

The 6060 series from LG Innotek is range a UVC LEDs with a peak wavelength of 278 nm. These high power UVC LEDs emit in the "C" area of the UV spectrum and is ideal for use in sterilisation applications.
As an ideal alternative to mercury UV LEDs, the 6060 series offers high efficiency, long life-time, a compact package and it is environmentally friendly. It also does not require “warm-up” time in order to begin a sterilisation process.
6060 UVC LEDs come in a square surface mount package with a viewing angle of 120° or 126°.
Suitable applications for the 6060 UVC LEDs include; disinfection, water purification, phototherapy, sensor light and counterfeit detection.
