Operates from tool-supplied VDD (when using ICD 3 and PICkit 3)
Two on-board adjustable regulators:
The VDD regulator adjusts from 1.2 to 5.5V
The CORE VDD regulator, adjusting from 1.2 to 2.7V, is used to supply the VDDCORE / VCAP-pin voltage
