Microchip MCP9700A Series, Voltage Output Voltage Temperature Sensor, Through Hole Mount, Analogue, ±1°C, 3-Pin TO-92

The MCP9700/9701 series of thermistor ICs convert temperature to analogue voltage. A key advantage of this series of thermistor IC is it's resistance to parasitic capacitance and the ability to drive large capacitive loads.
