Product details
MCP9844 Digital Temperature Sensors
The Microchip MCP9844 range of digital temperature sensors convert temperature (from -40°C and +120°C) to a digital word. They come with user-programmable registers, providing flexibility for temperature sensing applications. These settings include shutdown or low-power modes and specification of temperature event boundaries. Therefore, if the temperature changes outside of the chosen event boundary limits, the MCP9844 device outputs an Alert signal at the Event pin.
Suitable applications include; SSD temperature sensing, industrial applications, food processing, PCs, servers and portable devices.
