This actuator is a flat plastic accessory designed to operate with a high-coded non-contact safety door switch in automated machinery. It provides a low-profile actuation surface for acrylic or narrow guard doors and is intended for use where tamper-resistant detection and a Compact form factor are required within enclosed machine spaces.
The head is MADE from thermoplastic PBT to provide mechanical durability while limiting contamination build-up in machine interiors.
It uses two M5 countersunk screws for flush fixing, which helps maintain axial alignment with the sensors Active area.
