The AX5051 is an IEEE 802.15.4 protocol compatible multi-channel single-chip RF transceiver for the sub-1GHz ISM frequency bands.

RF Output Power: up to +16dBm
Receiver Sensitivity: -116dBm @ 1200bps, FSK
Modulation: ASK, PSK, OQPSK, MSK or FSK
Basic OTA Date Rate: 350kbps (FSK), 600kbps (ASK, PSK)
802.15.4 (DSSS) OTA Date Rate: 16kbps (FSK), 40kbps (ASK, PSK)
