Optek OP165 Series IREDs
The OP165 series, from Optek, consists of OP165A, OP165B, OP165C and OP165D types. They are a family of plastic Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. The OP165 series offers a narrow irradiance pattern and a variety of power ranges. A narrow irradiance pattern enables high on-axis intensity for high coupling efficiency. They come in the industry standard T-1 (3mm) package with an amber tinted plastic lens.
