Balston Cabinet Dryer
Parker Balstron cabinet dryers can reduce the humidity in electrical cabinets to less than 10 %. Dry air is supplied to the cabinet at a dew point of less than -18°C removing moisture from inside the cabinet and keeping out dust. This helps prevent costly breakdowns and maintenance. These dryers have been specially developed for use in wash-down areas and cab provide protection for expensive motors, touchscreens drivers and other important cabinet components.
Features and Benefits
Fitted with an auto-drain and 0.01 micron coalescing filter
Manufactured from corrosion resistant stainless steel
Reduces humidity inside cabinets to less than 10%
Does not require desiccants or an electrical supply
The only maintenance is annual filter replacement
Quiet operation
No heat added to the cabinent
Dry Air Systems
Compressed air is an essential power source that is widely used throughout industry. This safe, powerful and reliable utility can be the most important part of a production process. However compressed air will contain water, dirt, wear particles, bacteria and even degraded lubricating oil which all mix together to form an unwanted abrasive sludge. This sludge, often acidic, rapidly wears tools and pneumatic machinery, block valves and orifices causing high maintenance and costly leaks. It also corrodes piping systems and can bring a production process to an extremely expensive standstill. Only compressed air that is totally clean and dry will ensure maximum savings.
