Sensirion SFM4100 Digital Mass Flow Meter
The Sensirion SFM4100 is designed to measure flow rate of air and non-aggressive gases and is intended for high volume OEM applications. The sensor is based on Sensirion’s patented CMOSens® sensor technology, which combines the sensor element, signal processing and digital calibration circuitry on a single microchip. The device has excellent accuracy over a large dynamic range and the flow signal is internally linearized and temperature compensated.
Flow range: 0 to 20 slm
Typical accuracy ±3% of measured value
Operating pressure 0 to 6 bar gauge
Overpressure tolerance 10 bar
Operation from 5 to 9 Vdc supply
