Product Details
This photoelectric sensor is a background suppression proximity device designed for industrial automation. It detects objects using an infrared LED beam and can be configured via IO-Link or a BluePilot teach control. The unit is intended for use where selective object detection is required and operates across a wide ambient temperature range.
The sensor runs from 10V DC to 30V DC with a maximum ripple of 5 Vpp.
It uses a 4-pin M12 male connector with configurable pin functions and push-pull switching, and each output is protected against reverse polarity and short circuit.
The teach-adjustable sensing threshold covers from 30mm minimum up to 2000mm maximum, with recommended operation between 200mm to 800mm for best performance.
The housing is a VISTAL® plastic construction with PMMA front screen, rated for shock and vibration and operable between −40°C to +60°C.
Yes, IO-Link provides process data, device configuration, Smart Task logic functions and diagnostic status including quality of teach.
