They connect to the right hand side of the base unit or preceding expansion module via an integral bus connector
Expansion modules of different types, including analogue and communications modules, can be mixed giving LOGO! the ability to have different low input and output voltages. (Mechanical interlocking prevents mains voltage and low voltage units being mixed)

The text display has been precisely optimized to the needs of a logic module and can be projected with the same function block as the internal display.
