S7-300 - SIWAREX FTC Weighing Module

SIWAREX FTC (Flexible Technology Continuous Weighing) is the optimal solution wherever weighing technology requires high speed and accuracy. It is a versatile and flexible weighing module for the SIMATIC S7-300 and can be read directly on the SIMATIC S7-300 or ET 200M bus.
The function module SIWAREX FTC is integrated in SIMATIC and uses all features of the modern automation system such as integrated communication, diagnostics system and project configuration tools to its advantage.
SIWAREX FTC can be used for creating container scales, platform scales, force measurement devices, belt scales, loss-in-weight scales and bulk flow measurement devices.
Connection with the load cells is done using 40-pin standard front terminal strips, the power supply is through a 2-pin plug and the serial interface is through a 9-pin D-type plug connector.
