This pneumatic elbow threaded-to-tube adaptor provides a Compact means to change a sealed threaded supply into a push-fit tube connection for pneumatic systems. It is intended for inline use where space is limited and a right-angle transition is required, connecting a small-bore threaded port to flexible tubing while operating across standard pneumatic environments.
The unit joins a 1/8 in threaded inlet to a push-fit 4mm tube connection using a right-angle geometry designed for straightforward mating.
The combination of metal and engineering polymer balances durability at threaded junctions with a lightweight, impact-tolerant tube connection to ease handling and reduce stress on tubing.
Continuous use above 1 MPa or exposure to pressure spikes exceeding 1.5 MPa risks compromising the sealing integrity and should be prevented.
Ambient environments colder than -5°C or hotter than 60°C may impair seal performance or polymer properties and should be avoided.
