Product Details
This speed controller regulates pneumatic flow to control actuator motion in industrial systems. It is intended for inline installation on compressed Air lines and combines metal and polymer components for routine automation tasks where controlled cylinder speed is required.
It functions across a working pressure range from 0.1MPa up to 1MPa, permitting predictable adjustment within common pneumatic system pressures.
The unit accepts a 1/4 in R male threaded inlet and provides an 8mm one-touch fitting for easy hose attachment.
The combination of brass for pressure-bearing components and PBT for non-load parts offers corrosion resistance and reduced wear, lowering routine servicing frequency.
The device is rated to withstand a proof pressure of 1.5MPa, allowing short-term pressure excursions above normal operating pressure.
Use caution with soft nylon or polyurethane at maximum pressure.
