Stanley Heavy Duty Corner Clamp

The 0-83-122 is a heavy duty corner clamp from Stanley. This clamp has a clamping capacity of 57mm and 30mm depth. These types of clamps have been designed for clamping objects at a certain angle and used for clamping corners or creating mitre joints. These clamps are also known as angle clamps and can be used to hold workpieces such as wood, metal and plastic of varying thickness, whilst creating straight joints.

Corner clamps allow two workpieces to be held at a 90 degree angle, in order to be attached together. The two items can be of different widths and the clamp will still hold the two at 90 degree angle. This clamp has a single screw which controls the movement of the jaws.

Features and Benefits:

Articulating design allows for work pieces of equal or varying thickness to be joined at right angles
Patent-pending reversible head design allows for use as a parallel clamp
Comfort and maximum torque achieved with bimaterial, tri-lobular handle
Mounting holes allow clamp to be securely attached to work surface
Heavy-duty, cast-zinc construction for durability

Typical Applications:

Clamps (also known as a cramp) are tools designed to hold and secure two objects tightly together and to prevent unwanted movement while e.g. clamping/glueing, holding work for sawing/drilling and positioning work for fastening.

Clamps are widely used by:

• Carpenters
• Mechanics
• Plumbers
• Electricians
• Constructors
• Builders
• Architects
