Accurately measure the temperature of liquid and semi-solid foods with this temperature probe from Testo. Its stainless steel construction makes it resistant to corrosion and easy to clean, making it safe for use in food and beverage processing. You can use it to measure temperatures across a broad range of -50°C to +150°C, making it suitable for use in demanding applications. It has a high accuracy of +0.2°C between -25°C and +74.9°C and an accuracy of ±0.5°C at temperatures between +75°C and +150°C to ensure precise readings.
An NTC (negative temperature coefficient) thermistor is a solid-state temperature-sensing element MADE of semiconductor material. It uses changes in electrical resistance to monitor changes in temperature.
This probe is compatible with data loggers in the Testo 174, 175 and 176 series, making it easy to collect and analyse data.
