Product details
JFET Input Op Amp, OPA Difet Series
A range of high-performance Burr-Brown FET-input operational amplifiers from Texas Instruments. These devices have an input stage utilizing dielectrically-isolated FETs (Difet®) which dramatically reduces input bias currents by the elimination of isolation-junction leakage. They provide an unusual combination of high-speed and precision, coupled with ultra-low input currents. Typical applications include precision instrumentation, electrometer and photo detector amplifiers, medical equipment and high-accuracy data acquisition.
