The PNOZ 16S range of safety relays from PILZ offers you safety and performance of a top branded safety relay all in one. The PNOZ 16S offers you different modes of operation such as single or dual channel switches. Suitable for several different applications which are listed below.

• DIN rail mounted with screw terminals
• LED operating voltage displayed alongside switching positions and also the reset circuit
• Connections built in for safety limit switches, e-stops and more
• Single or dual channel operation
• Simple and fast wiring saving you time, effort and money long term
• Save costs when exchanging units (there’s no need to rewire therefore you should eliminate potential wiring errors).
• Electromechanical, potential-free
• Lightweight, portable and easy to remove/attach wherever your circuit exists
Safety features
• Automatic / manual reset options
• If the internal fuse is triggered the semiconductor output Y35 goes low
• Faults/Disturbances are detected and displayed easy to view on the LED display
• Switching capability to AC1, DC1; AC: 250V: /0.1-5A/1200V, DC: 24V:/0.1-4A/100W with spark suppression
• Feedback control loop for monitoring external contactors/relays
