From RS PRO, comes a great value PT100 sensor. The construction of this sensor consists of 1m tinned copper silicon cable and a PT100 sensing tip moulded within a silicon patch.
The silicon patch that is featured on this sensor is also fitted with an adhesive foil backing which enables it fixed to surfaces
With all the features included in this sensor, it proves to be an excellent solution in the measure of temperature across a range of applications.

What is a PT100 sensor?

PT100 sensors are a type of resistance thermometer. The PT in the name refers to the sensor which is constructed from platinum and the 100 refers to the fact at 0°C the sensor has a resistance of 100 ohms.
