Switchcraft Circular Connector

The Switchcraft EN3 series 4-contact female cord connector has a socket in-line connection. This cable mount connector has a voltage rating of 250VAC/DC and a current rating of up to 13A per contact. This connector has thermoplastic rubber housing with copper alloy, gold over nickel-plated contacts. It also has a boot backshell style push fit over the rear of the connector and provides further strain relief for cables up to 6.7mm diameter. This connector features a bayonet locking mechanism for easy and secure connection with an integral O-ring and gasket design. This makes it suitable for a comprehensive range of applications.
Switchcraft EN3 and EN2 series
Mini weather-tight connectors with integral O-ring and gasket offer superior leakage protection and low part count. When mated or covered, the IP68 rating makes them ideal for use in process control, marine, medical instrumentation, transportation, industrial electronic applications and similar hostile environments. A polarising keyway and 1/4 turn locking mechanism prevents misalignment and unintentional disconnection. Cable mount assemblies feature a snap-in-place strain relief mechanism. Thermoplastic rubber boots push fit over the rear of the connector and provide further strain relief for cables up to 6.7mm diameter. Optional protective cap is available separately for panel plugs and sockets when not in use.
Note:
Cable connectors will mate with in-line connectors and panel connectors (plug to a socket or vice-versa). In-line connectors do not mate with panel connectors.
