Product Details
Integrated 16-bit resolution Data Acquisition Systems from Texas Instruments. The devices incorporate 16-bit SAR ADCs to provide a high resolution digital outputs from the analogue front-end at sampling rates of up to 500ksps. The analogue inputs have an impedance of 1 Megohm and are over-voltage protected up to ±20V. Gain is trimmed to ensure high accuracy and DC precision. The serial digital Interface is SPI-compatible and supports daisy-chaining of multiple devices.
